I had a great stay overall in this hotel, which is located in a prime spot just west of the Buckingham Fountain and in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, plus they were always clean, which I appreciated. However, I did feel the service could use a bit more warmth and friendliness. Additionally, while the rates were somewhat higher than I expected, I still found the location to be worth it for exploring Chicago easily.
